I was so glad I met Andrew, when I first walked in, he instantly saw me and knew exactly what I needed for my glasses adjustment. I sat down and he did his work to make sure my glasses were even, and I was surprised he changed the nose pads too! I honestly didn't expect it. I'm definitely coming back if I ever need an adjustment on my glasses!

Adam and the staff at LensCrafters are always very professional and friendly! They go out of their way to help me find the perfect solution to whatever need or issue that I may be experiencing. I especially appreciate the service they've provided the last couple times that I've needed to stop in, without an appointment, for an emergency repair. Thank you so much!

Isaac was wonderful. I would have been blind if he hadn't helped me out. Dawson was also amazing. H made an effort to fix my problem. And Amber was a congenial host while waiting. I appreciate all these people so much. This crew was amazing.

Everyone in the office was friendly and courteous. Dr Tom Kemmerer did an excellent job of explaining the eye exam findings, was thorough, and answered all questions. Would highly recommend this site. Have been going here for several years and have always had a great experience

Isaac did an awesome job! He was very patient while my husband & I literally looked at about every pair of glasses in the store. Isaac was helpful in handing me a box for glasses, and a mirror at just the right times. When i finished picking out glasses, I had 19 pair. Isaac set us up at a desk and sat down with us. I/we eliminated 1/2 the pairs in no time. When we got down to the last 2 to 5 pair, it became more difficult. Then Isaac asked some very key questions - do they fit snug or are they loose? Do the bows stick way out beyond my ears? Had me give a pair the shake test (shake my head and see if they stay on). Isaac was honest about how he thought the glasses looked on me. We have always liked coming to LensCrafters and we have always received helpful service. We would have to say that this was probably the best experience that we have had at LensCrafters and we have been customers for quite some time. (Adam can tell you that!) Thanks again to Isaac and Adam!

Amber was amazing. She helped me today and was extremely kind and patient. I had an insurance issue. Amber called them herself and tried every possible solution. She took her time and never rushed me. I truly appreciate her help and professionalism.

Don't waste your time. My daughter slipped on ice and broke her glasses. Don't waste your time and go to Jorden Creek. Staffing are incompetent and unable to do their jobs at MH. Tells you they will be right back and starts working with another customer. Finally got someone to help us, she was wearing Meta glasses so she " could talk to her kids while at work" yet still working with peoples personal information, like bank info and such. We had the glasses picked out without any assistance, sat and waited to get them ordered. She couldn't figure out how to get my health insurance benefits to work. Tried and tried to enter the same info with no success. Asked her coworker who already ignored us and avoided us who was no help to her. Then she just disappeared to the back room and never returned? There were no other customers there except another couple the guy was helping. Was she talking with her kids? We never found out after sitting there for plenty of time we left. Looked at the card as we were walking to the car and there was a vision assistance number on the back that was easy enough to call. Guess that was too complicated. Drove to Jordan creek while calling the number and was given all the numbers we would ever need by customer assistance. Got to Jordan Creek and was met by 2 very helpful people. Pulled up the information in the computer MH had started. Within minutes the guy figured out they had entered the wrong birthdate which was gotten off the prescription, which was correct. We were there less than 5 min and had the exact glasses my daughter wanted ordered and was on our way to Stam chocolate next door for a relaxing chocolate gelato. Just don't waste your time at MH. Jordan Creek is farther from home but both people were extremely nice, the woman helped my daughter with any hesitations she had between 2 pair she was looking at and agreed the one she thought she really liked did look better. It's worth the drive instead of having my time wasted. Jordan Creek got my $500 purchase.

I had a great experience working with Isaac. He helped me find the right frames for me and answered all my questions. I ended up ordering my glasses through the LensCrafters website instead of in-store only because of a credit card benefit that gave me back nearly $100. Isaac was still just as helpful and even changed out the nose pads on my current glasses for free! I'll definitely go back.
