When our family has had medical-related eye issues, Dr. Jackson and her team have consistently provided us with excellent service and professional expertise. Dr. Jackson is both a trusted friend and trusted professional who is knowledgable and patient focused. She is an excellent communicator who goes the extra mile to answer questions and care for her patients.

Went here for my eye exam for my company. I asked if the exam was covered when I made the appointment and upon arrival prior to the exam. I was told yes. I left after the exam and was told that it was covered and I was all set. Then the next day I was called and told it was not covered. Just bill in insurance I told the lady. Oh, we do not take your insurance she said. The bill was $253.00 for an eye exam. Worse part is I told the eye Dr. that I did not want a distance prescription but she did one anyway. I told her I work at heights and need my progressive to be very good. So I put on the glasses and there is movement when using the progressive. Simply put I have a pair of safety glasses that I cannot wear and a bill for $253.00. I refuse to pay this bill and I advise everyone to stay away from this provider.

I felt very cared for by Dr. Jackson. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one. And Stacy was so great to work with! We shared some laughs which made my day! I will recommend them to anyone.

My family loves Family Eye Care Center. They make it fun for the kids and they can't wait to go back! I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door and my questions are always thoroughly answered.

Good exam, but does not accept my insurance, and glasses are horribly overpriced. Same with pediatrics.....way overpriced.
