I was highly impressed with their courtesy they went above and beyond and have up-to-date equipment I have never experienced before I am so thankful they were able to get me in in a very timely manner

Came in to get my lenses swapped, the tech took my glasses to the back not even 5 minutes later she returns saying she broke the frames attempting to pop the lenses out. I asked if they are gonna replace them when she admitted to breaking them she said no and I would have to pay for a new frame. She said she would take a little off the price since she broke them. Will not be back.

My kids had their annual eye exam and everyone was very friendly and understanding! Even when my 3 yo wanted to stay and play with the toys they let him bring them back in the room with us! Dr. Jay also improvised by giving my 3 yo his exam on the floor when he refused to sit in the chair. Dr. Jay also offered to re-check my daughter's eyes when I had called with concerns about her vision 1 week after her exam. It's a very friendly environment and we won't go anywhere else!

So many things on so many levels. As a new patient, my eye exam was about 15 minutes long, very unthourough. They said the exam was $145.00 and was going to bill it to my insurance as medical, and I would have a $40 copay. They billed my insurance $173, my insurance paid 28.00 and I still ended up paying $145. My frames were $250 and they gave me $46 credit for not having insurance on that part but they still billed me $230. That's $276. The total for my glasses and exam was $1,148. I had to pay $925. The prescription wasn't right from the get-go. They offered me another exam but at that point it was just too stressful. They gave me my money back for the glasses but did not refund me the exam. They told me I could go somewhere else and get it filled but what's the use when I don't feel like it was correct to start with. Just make sure you get all the details on the charges ahead of time.

Relaxing atmosphere. They really check your eyes & not rush through it . And talk to you about everything about your eyes. & Recommend your options. Tky you for a pleasant eye exam.

my old glasses were falling apart and were held together by tape and would barely stay on my head. they were very helpful to me to get a new pair and also helped me get the best scratch resistance because i'm very hard on my glasses. they were also very helpful getting new glasses for my 3 year old daughter

I came with concerns about my children's eye. Issues they had diagnosed at our eye doctor in Colorado and I was completely dismissed. When I brought up the issue they were diagnosed with he said, "yeah, they have it, but there isn't much we can do about it." When I mentioned vision therapy, he ignored me.
