I was at the Eye Physicians facility to have the film removed that happens post cataract surgery. Dr Bloomberg was friendly and professional and did the procedure after validated that it was needed. I was pleased with the amount of time I spent there and all staff were friendly and did their respective jobs well.

Once again I had an exceptional experience at my annual eye exam. Laverne was excellent; she explained what she was doing and why as well as explaining the results. Dr Stalzer was excellent as always. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss your eye health/issues making sure all your questions are answered, talking about next steps, and being sure you have the correct prescription. I highly recommend this clinic.

I am writing this on behalf on my good friend and neighbor, who is not versed on the internet. Her recent experience with this office is something that is unacceptable. She made an appointment months ago for cataract surgery that is to be performed this Monday. She did not hear from them to confirm the exact time, her written document only stated the date. She called them mid-week last week and tried to get the time, and was treated quite rudely by the person who answered the phone. They told her, "We do not give you the appointment time until 2 days before the procedure." The woman was not helpful at all. My friend heard nothing from the office at all on Friday. She tried calling their office and was told no one would be in the office until Monday morning at 530am. Do the doctors in this practice know their patients are being treated like this? It seems doubtful. I personally have recommended my friend look elsewhere for her medical needs. Edit: In reviewing previous reviews, there is a clear pattern with the receptionist. Conversely, the doctors get great reviews. It appears the doctors are unaware of how their office is being represented to the public. A call to the office manager is being placed on Monday.

I had an emergency eye situation this morning the day of vacation and the doctors got me in within 30 minutes and completely helped me be able to open my eyes again and leave on time for vacation! From start to finish the customer service was top notch and made me feel very welcome. Thank you so much!

Excellent first time experience and all around. I took my 73 yrs old father here today after another local clinic was so bad with their scheduling and the fact that they couldn't even notify the patient that their provider had left the state of Iowa and moved away and with so much changes and cancelations that they had forgot! The staff in here was super friendly and very helpful and got us in for an emergency appointment 4 days a head of his original appointment and scheduled him for surgery right away. I couldn't believe that all this happened so fast and so efficient! We couldn't be any more happier! Dr. Cohen was supper professional and friendly! Please keep up the excellent work!

Just took my boyfriend here, he had metal in his eye this morning and they got him in right away. It was super fast and very cheap . The doctor was very helpful and highly trained, he made it the process quick, easy, and stress free. Would highly recommend .

I have had 2 cataract surgeries and have had outstanding care, but this morning I called to make a follow up appointment with a retina specialist and the receptionist was beyond rude and unhelpful. She said the retinal people no longer work with them and I would have to contact them directly. Wnen I asked for a phone number, she said I would have to find it myself. Too bad they have such GREAT doctors and poor support staff.

Dr Sean O'Neill is the best! I have chronic inflammation in my eyes and he's my go to guy. Friendly, informative, takes the time to explain what's going on, and willing to seek advice from his colleagues and my Rheumatologist without hesitation. Also, Dr Luke Wendel is apparently cut from the same cloth. Recently began seeing him for a more urgent retina issue and he's pretty awesome, too!
