The only positive here is Dr. Jensen himself. He was kind and knowledgeable. His staff is extremely unhelpful. I went in for new glasses and to try contacts. When I struggled to choose frames and asked the optometrist for guidance, she seemed uninterested and only suggested one option. I ended up settling on frames that are too small and uncomfortable.
When I picked up my contacts, no one showed me how to put them in or care for them, even though Dr. Jensen had said that would happen. Now I'm stuck with glasses I hate and have to return for help I should have received the first time.

I think multiple phone calls and no return phone call to this office deserves a 1 star. This happened to me in August and again in February. ( not sure why I tried again ) I spoke with office staff with a promise of a return phone calls. I don't understand a current patient ( of 8 years ) being completely ignored when calling in to spend money. Something has happened in this office and it's not positive.
The office has my phone number as I have been a client for quite a few years. Inviting me to call them when they dont call back seems ironic!

Appointments canceled last minute on us. No resolution or responses from the office. We were told Dr. Jensen sold the practice and correspondence ended. We were able to luckily find a new provider before the end of the year. They put us in a very tight/bad position.

Used to really enjoy the care we received here... the gentleman who works the counter is rude and snarky... sat for almost an hour waiting to be seen. And I showed up 25 min early... we won't be returning..... what a shame

I scheduled an eye appointment with Jensen Eyecare Center, for the second time, as my insurance was not accepted the first time. I have very good insurance and they, once again, said Dr Jensen was out of network. The girl behind the counter was extremely short with me, had no desire to explain anything and had absolutely no desire to actually provide good customer service. By far, the worst experience I've had, trying to get glasses.

I've been a patient at Jensen Eye Care for more than 5 years, and I am continually impressed with their professional and courteous staff. I never wait long for appointments, and my exams are thorough and to-the-point. Dr. Jensen is hilarious, and usually has me laughing the entire exam.
They have an excellent selection of glasses at a great range of prices - I've always been happy with the pairs I buy here. Their staff is glad to help you shop around and find the best pair for you.

I have been a patient for over 5 years. Recently diagnosed with some health issues. I've been trying for over 3 months to get an appointment due to some significant changes in my vision. They have canceled on me 3 times now over the last month Now they don't even try to schedule they say I'm on a cancellation call list. That has been over a week. I would not recommend. Time to find a new provider.
