Eye Health Solutions: Dr. Jason Maasdam, Dr. Lily Mark-Maasdam

I have been going to Eye Health Solutions for many years and have always had a great experience. Everyone there is so welcoming, friendly, and super helpful! I have had to use their after hours number for issues before (pink eye, metal in eye) and they meet you down at their office and get you seen and taken care of right away, even if it's the weekend. Highly recommend to anyone as a great place to go!

When we first moved to Knoxville there was only one provider in town that took my insurance and that meant a lot as a single parent of 3 kids with glasses! I'd had cataract surgery and a family history of diabetes and eye disease. When issues arose with my eye, my family doctor suggested seeing Dr Lilly. I never went back to the other provider. She cared about my eyes and was determined to explore all options to fix me. She called and answered texts after hours to check in. She seems to always be learning and exploring new medications and treatments. I also love knowing I'm supporting a local family who supports my community. I always enjoy chatting with her and the staff about what's going on in town and our lives. It feels like I'm being treated by a friend and that is huge to me!

I was so excited to be back in the amazing hands of the team at Eye Health Solutions! From the check in process, the exam and selecting my new frames...everyone was so helpful and professional. I am actually excited to come back in a few weeks to get my new glasses!!

Very pleased with Eye Health Solutions! Allison, Dr. Jason, Dr. Lilly did an excellent job of helping me with my eye glass decisions. I have been reluctant to get a pair but they have been very helpful the entire process along the way and I am looking forward to seeing and feeling comfortable with our solution.

The staff at Eye Health Solutions were accommodating and helpful. They conducted a very thorough eye examination, and provided feedback about my eye health in a respectful and easy to understand manner. Each member of their team was efficient in their respective jobs while making me feel comfortable through each step of the experience.

My appointment was a pleasant experience. There was no wait time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Lilly was very easy to talk to and took time to explain things.

I was seen in urgent care and immediately sent to see Dr Jason who met me after he was closed for what we thought was a tear , ended up being a abrasion with a ulcer a bad one at that and he took the best care of me , made appointments that worked around my schedule and worked with the pharmacy and my insurance because the eye drops had to be taken to often , and made sure that he checked up on me and that everything was going great . And his staff was amazing and friendly and I couldn't have asked for better care or service from anyone. I highly recommend Dr Jason and his staff for all your eye care needs weither emergency or just everyday . They are amazing. Thank you for everything you guys have done it's was so easy .
