Dr. Ragland and her staff are amazing! I had a complete eye exam today. Everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. State of the art equipment in an absolutely beautiful office. Highly recommend!

It was an experience here, not a rushed and sterile doctors appt! The office space is inviting and funky, the staff is warm, I feel I'm in great hands with Dr Ragland as she knows her stuff and is friendly and takes her time with me, and I loved trying on frames and sunglasses as there is a good price range but the selection is unique with some really great designers that were new to me. I've found my eye care home!

Visited C Eye care just over a week ago for a routine Eye exam and new glasses. Very friendly staff. Most complete and thorough examination and explanation from Dr Ragland I have ever gotten from an Optometrist OR Ophthalmologist EVER about some concerns with my vision. I've had vision issues since birth and surgery since age 2. I have 2 very different eyes and a difficult prescription. She made me feel at ease, suggested what I can do to prevent damage, help, and vitamins for vision, and gave me a prescription that is clear and comfortable. I drove from Altoona as Dr Ragland came highly recommended, and I am not disappointed. The office is historical and beautiful, small town without all the elbow to elbow big box traffic and rush them in and out pushy feel. Jamie helped me choose frames that fit the shape of my face comfortably. He was patient, kind, upbeat, and energetic! Julisa was sweet and helpful taking my notes as to what worked and didn't work for me prior to the exam. I visited on 9-1 and my glasses came in on 9-8! Fast friendly service! I will most definitely be going back to C Eye Care!

Dr. Ragland is truly wonderful. I had an immediate vision concern and she called me back promptly on her personal cell phone as she was out of the office at the time. She listened to my concern and explained what was happening. Very friendly and professional. She told me if I had any more concerns not to hesitate to call her back on jet cell phone. Highly recommend.

Dr Ragland is wonderful. The office is super cool and the staff made the process so easy. We were thrilled with the large selection of current trending eyewear. The trip from Des Moines was quick. Highly recommend!
