The frames crack easily and the lenses are terrible. They only warranty a pair once and you're out of luck after that. The lenses are not very durable and are almost a full time job keeping clean as they seem to develop a film. My current problem is the frames keep cracking in the nose area and the lenses develop spider fractures over time along with from day one the lenses develop a film daily. Would not recommend this place for normal everyday prescription glasses however they do offer a decent prescription safety glasses. Brand is Ray.Ban. and I will not be a returning customer.

I found Dr. Korthals to be unfriendly and felt talked down to when asking for clarification regarding my contacts prescription. This was after years of being a loyal customer. Will not continue business with them.

I went in this morning with a broken frame on glasses I needed desperately for work with super hard to match bifocal lenses. True, I was a repeat customer, and the ladies there went through probably hundreds of frames, installed them, and had me out the door in less than an hour and back to work. My experience there has always been good but this was above and beyond outstanding!

I have been going to Dr. Korthals for probably 10 years. He's always been professional, friendly and thorough. When I recently noticed my eyes were very red, I was told to come over that day after work and he made the time to see me. As well as getting me new glasses (normally wear contacts).

I had my very first appointment this morning at 8:10 got right in to see Dr. Kothals got eyes checked got glasses fitted was home by 9am. The staff are really friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Kothals

Staff went out of their way to help me get my wife's glasses, I have a good eye doctor but will be switching to Korthals. They have earned a lifelong customer with their care.

Upon calling to schedule an appointment I was told that they would accept my insurance. Following the appointment I recieved a bill in the mail that was the full amount of the appointment. They were incredibly rude when I called and even called me a liar when I mentioned that they told me that they accepted my insurance. They are thieves, I will never be going back.

A great place to get glasses and eye exams. The excellent Dr Korthals and his staff will take great care of you.
