I went in and explained that my glasses needed adjusted and let them know at that time that I did not get them there so I'm willing to pay and if need be I will just drive the 45 minutes to my eye doctor and have them do it. The receptionist got an immediate attitude towards me so I again apologized she said we will do it this one time she took them in the back then brought them back out to me. To my surprise they were much much worse to the point that I couldn't keep them on my face. I honestly think they broke my glasses on purpose

We've loved going to Vision Care for the past few years. The staff is friendly, but you may want to double-check your order before they send it in...
Shopping local is a win-win, but when you have to make three trips (4 counting the original appointment) to pick up new lenses (the same WRONG lenses have been ordered twice now), it makes driving to Omaha or CB seem more reasonable.

It's a nice place to go with minimal waiting with a friendly pleasant staff . It's nice to have an eye doctor right here in town that's knowledgeable and good at what they do . They also has a small variety of glasses and sunglasses to choose from that are reasonably priced and are available with the frame of your choosing and the prescription lens in a timely manner . I've been going there for several
years and will continue going there .

This location has had an overhaul. A year ago I would not go to this location due to snotty staff, and terribly run ordering. I walked in today and was greeted by completely new staff. They were warm and inviting. It costs nothing to be kind and this staff was terrific!
