Make sure you get all the facts before going here. I specifically asked the lady over the phone if they were in network with VSP, and was told that they would take it. I had to ask again, are you in network with VSP? "No" I don't agree with this practice because it's misleading and a way for them to get you in the door. Make sure you ask the right questions like I did.

We were in need of a same day appointment and on a time crunch. They got us an appointment time for within the hour, were quick & efficient when checking us in and getting the exam done.
When we got to the point of ordering glasses, we were placed with Tawnya. She was great! Very pleasant and knowledgeable. She provided us with trendy options. After the choice was made in frames, she worked with Donna to be able to have the fresh new pair of glasses with prescription lenses right away. Those to were such a pleasant pair to work with!
