Osceola Vision Center: Hoadley, David OD

The staff are nice, I will say that. However, whoever handles billing doesn't do a good job. I was charged additional fees that were not initially disclosed. The same thing happened to my friend who went here. I won't be back.

The people were nice..., but I was told that my glasses would be in in a week... it's been almost 2 1/2 and the other day when I called I was told by someone else it could be up to 14 business days.... While that's not a huge deal if I was told that in the beginning.... I will not be going back as my glasses are broke and if I knew it was going to take this long I probably would have went somewhere else to see if I could get some sooner.

Great in office experience, but I was initially going to only order enough contacts to last until I got PRK surgery. I was convinced to buy a year supply because I was told there would be a rebate on the contacts I was buying. After paying and going on my way I received my contacts in the mail and turns out they don't qualify for the rebate. If I would have known I would have only spent $71 instead of $343 for contacts.

Fantastic service and great frames at pretty reasonable prices... I was going to go to one of those quickly places that are super cheap but I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for... while I was in I was pretty emotional and I was cared for as if I were family or at minimum a long term client (it was my first visit) I was able to take advantage of a sale they were running and I supported a local business... I just had to go in and get my glasses adjusted because I have a giant head and was not only treated well again I was also told of a program my work has where I can get safety glasses so that I don't have to use my pretty new frames at work... I wish I could give 10 stars

The doctors at Osceola Vision Center are very knowledgeable and courteous. They explain their findings in a way that the patient can easily understand. I have always been very pleased and satisfied with my care there. I highly recommend this eye care center!

Excellent service. Exam is so easy and apparently accurate...my current glasses are the best pair I have had since my first pair a very long time ago. :) The help from everyone is great and they are so nice. Thanks.

After 8 years we will be taking our business elsewhere. The billing has become extremely shady over the last year. A real shame as the doctors are great.

This place is a joke the are frauds when it comes to getting eye care I got glasses I cant use and can't go any where else to get new ones because they charged my insurance and I can o my get glasses even 2 years so I'm stuck with glasses I can't wear this place sucks
