It felt like I was at a used car dealership. I ended up purchasing the same frame and lenses online for about 1/3 of what they were asking in store and simply filed an out of network reimbursement claim with my insurance. They first tried charging $40 for "digital imaging" (which are just pictures) of your eyes. It's not covered under insurance because it's not needed. When I declined the woman said "it's requested" so I declined again. I then waited about 30 minutes to be seen by the optometrist. I felt like the questions 1 or 2, 3 or 4, etc were rushed. He spent a ton of time talking about an expensive "Eyezen" lens. I told him I wasn't interested, but he tried to sell me on it again. I'm assuming there was some sort of monetary incentive. Finally I was brought out into the area where they sell glasses. I needed to ask the woman who was helping me how much my vision had changed because the optometrist didn't cover it during his sales pitch.

Have been a patient at this clinic for many years. Staff are very nice and explain what they are doing. The doctor was very thorough and took his time. Staff that helped me with my glasses are always helpful and friendly. I do wish that they had some discounted frames to help cut costs.
