Southern Hills Eye Care

Southern Hills Eye Care is wonderful. After a sudden change in my right eye, I was able to get an appointment, have everything checked, and learn that it wasn't serious but fixable. My eye doctor calmed all my fears. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I've been coming here for years. I moved 4ish hours away and still continue to come back and have my exam done yearly. Also love how Jess and the other girls help me pick out the perfect glasses!

Excellent place to go. Very professional staff. Been coming to this place since 2017, would change for nothing. Southern Eye Care is the best.

I been going to southern hills eye care for 7 years,There amazing what they do there ,and they have amazing glasses to look at, the staffs are really nice there too

This was my preferred eye clinic for years since I first started getting glasses as a teen...well not anymore. I spent nearly $1000 on an eye exam and 2 sets of glasses. Only had 1 set at a time for 4 months because when they came in one set of lenses was scratched to high heaven and needed sent back. Then when those came back the others needed sent back because a rubber piece on the frame was already falling apart. This whole time I had a balance of $100 left owed and they're bugging me to pay it and I don't even have the products I paid for yet. Not only that but when my glasses came in they said come pick them up before 5pm. I got there at 4pm and the doors were locked cars in the parking lot so people were obviously there but for whatever reason they closed early after telling me what time they were open to! Then I had a concern about seeing double sets of light in one of the glasses I got and they pretty much blew me off and didn't care. So I spent nearly $1000 on 2 sets of glasses to really only be able to use one of the sets. Idk what happened to this place but they're now completely unprofessional and selfish. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Been going to Southern Hills Eye Care for 5 years now, always a pleasant experience. The Dr's make sure that everything is well explained in great detail when it come to your exam. The office staff is well informed and always treated like family. Huge selection of frames and helps you find and decide your best fit and option. Never have I been to a better place.

I used to get my exams, glasses and contacts with them back in 2018, I moved to a different state and I left owning them money. I had no idea for what or why owed them money. I haven't heard from them in over 3 years, still have the same email and phone number but now I am dealing with a debt collector. Honestly, avoid yourself the trouble and go else where. Not professionals at all. I remember clearly that front desk ladies were always a hustle, never polite or willing to properly assist customers. I did however love my actual doctor. She was lovely and polite. What a bummer. Horrible front desk staff.

Always a very nice staff who are very accommodating! There is a bit of a wait time, but nothing too ridiculous. My female doctor is the best optometrist around! Very kind, good at her job, and truly cares about her patients. Never had any complaints about her, she helps a lot with explaining how to get the most for what I need when it comes to insurance. The ladies who help you pick out glasses are also very helpful and patient. There is also a pretty nice selection of glasses to choose from. Overall, great location!
