I called the office to ask about a particular procedure. The person said oh yes. I asked if they had a brochure about the treatment and again they said yes. I drove 45 minutes to get this info to have the front desk tell me "we don't do that. Here's some general info on that condition". Staff doesn't know what services are offered. Big waste of my time and gas

Went for an annual exam and glasses. They called me back to the little side room as the first step and I had told the lady I do not and will not consent to the dilation drops because the sensitivity and issues I had previously. She tells me untill I want to act like an adult and sign the authorization form(which is illegal) then I can go wait in the lobby. I called my insurance company to file complaint and see what I can do about this, then we ended up having a conference call with management of wadzinski, insurance, and myself. Wadzinski was not happy that they were educated they were violating my rights. So then we move forward to the secondary waiting room and onto my exam. I was having an issue due to the light from door, the light from both computers in the room and she said yea I usually take care of those things for patients. Then when my glasses were ready they scratched the lenses. I had to file multiple complaints with my insurance and ended up having to get new exam and glasses at a different (real) eye Dr. I should've reported them to the medical board

Dr. Wadzinski does a wonderful job. I appreciated all of the time he spent explaining my illness and the options to treat. The staff at the office do a great job and I always felt well taken care off. I am grateful that we have Dr. Wadzinksi in Sioux City.

I called to make an appointment ended up listening to a long lecture how they don't have an optometrist. What is completely okay because I wasn't making an appointment for an optometrist I was making an appointment for a ophthalmologist. I can't make an appointment to see the opthamologist without getting a referral from a optometrist even though I'm an existing patient and my insurance does not require referrals to see a specialist. To add insult to entry they've been contacting me to remind me I need to schedule an appointment for my annual checkup that they will not schedule the appointment for.

Dr. Wadzinski and his staff are very knowledgeable, caring professionals. Dr. Wadzinski takes time answering questions and easing nervous patients. He listens to patients concerns in an empathic, reassuring manner. Staff are excellent about follow up questions that may arise.

Dr Wadzinski went out of his way to take care of my grandson who injured his eye in a wrestling tournament. He was very kind, gracious and thorough. I felt completely confident he knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend him for eye care. Kevin Poss
