I nothing against Dr Bailey but if you're not going to see my wife because see missed a few.appointments. Because your computer said so. I know that all she missed.. And some because I had appointments. What next time you miss 3 appointment you will be dismissed because the computer said so.Glad she is gone I don't want her to make a choice between eye doctor appointment and Chemo for me. Also I might miss 5 appointment and be dismissed because I had cancer appointments. And didn't have time to call in. Or she didn't because she was worried about me.

I love this place! Great glasses selection, great staff, and they advocate for you in regards to maximizing your insurance benefits to get the most bang for your buck. If I find a frame I want.. they just order it.
Getting an appointment is not always easy ... but nothing good comes easy. Worth the wait... 100%

This is a terrific place wouldn't promote any other Eye Dr.
Dr. Bielby is very professional at his job, but he's a card & a half too, he likes a good joke just as much as the next guy.
He likes to make people laugh, he's got it all to being a GREAT eye doctor especially since he has to get up close & medically personal, he can make you feel comfortable so he can do his job.
He can make a child feel comfortable enough he can do an eye exam, plus drops in their eyes without much protest. (SOMETIME)

I was a patient of Dr. Shawn D. Beilby, OD a few years ago, moved away and have now moved back home. I am now back with him and could not be more blessed. I trust in his knowledge and I'm thankful for his knowledge! I have had blurred vision often on for a couple years that has gone undiagnosed, and he was able to figure out the underlying problem! Also, when calling him after hours on a Sunday morning, he was very prompt with returning my call. Thank you for all you do!
