I was having difficulty seeing. My eyes had dried out so badly that my corneas were swollen and cracked. The personnel were pleasant and helpful. Dr. Petrie was kind and friendly. Overall a good experience.

The gals at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. The gal who gave me the eye test was not. Did not greet me, only asked my birthday. Did not look at me at all..the whole time, only on computer asking questions. She took my glasses somewhere not explaining where or why. She gave me the test. To me she acted like she just wanted to do her job and get me out of there. I am a friendly person, and I guess I expected a little friendliness from her. The other gal who took pictures was very friendly, smiling and explaining what she was doing. Dr Petri was very professional. Only in the room 5 minutes or so.
