Front desk is absolutely dis-respectful. Having to be caught up in traffic on a Monday morning and not being able to get in front of them for quite some time put me 11 minutes behind my appointment and they told me to reschedule. ALL Wolfe eye clinics have 15 minute leeway for arrival time I had 4 minutes to spare and it wasn't on purpose of being late. Don't forget we live in Iowa.
