The women who takes you back before the initial exam is very polite. The receptionist is so rude. I have been in customer service for years and this women has none. The first appointment my son had I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but this second time confirmed it's just her. She makes you feel like your disrupting her and gives attitude with her responses. I told her she was rude to me every time I come in and she scoffed at me and said "mam take a seat." Being that there is only 2 eye doctors in town I can see how she keeps getting away with it.

The lady at the front desk is very rude, curt and very disrespectful in person as well as on the phone. Instead of helping me and giving me information so i can understand better. She gave me attitude. My appointment was 3 months out and they wouldn't even give me an extra pair of contacts while waiting for my appointment.
Plus they won't honor a prescription that was not outdated due to having an eye problem I had to go to the university of Kansas health system.

The short haired blonde lady at reception is unpleasant rude and unhelpful. She treated me like a nuisance to her and I left relieving no care even though my insurance is accepted everywhere in or out network. She seemed lazy like she didn't want to do the work necessary to get me seen. I will be never returning to Dr. Waite even though I value his service, his staff ruined a 10 year long relationship with their failure to assist or explain why I couldn't be seen.

Me and my 3 children go here for vision. Three of the four of us wear glasses. I have no issues with their office. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They do a great job answering random questions my 7 year old has. I will keep coming back to them as long as I'm in the area.

Tried calling to check in on the status of my glasses but the phone call wouldn't go through? Said it couldn't be completed as dialed and to try redialing because the number wasn't correct, so then I came to google and called the number linked, to make sure it was correct and it was correct. Did your guys phones get shut off? What's going on? I'm just trying to see when my glasses are coming in and it won't let me through to ANYONE.

This is the second time I have used this office. The first was good and so I recommend my wife to use them. The exam, Doctor, and staff are all good and pleasant. However I was given a price ,thinking it was the total bill and paid for it in full. They mention they would see about putting this through my insurance. Ok I say. Well as couple weeks later I get a bill from them for more money. A bit missleading to me. Then when I get my glasses they where missing the tint. Then I got them again and one lens wouldn't stay in. Now I have them after five long weeks. Now this happens to my wife's glasses. Wrong tint, she goes to have to look at the right tint to convince them it is wrong. After five long weeks she has hers. To me customer service has flown out the window here. I will not return here and surely not recommend them.
