Very professional and very friendly. I felt like it wasn't my first time going in as a new patient. They made me feel very comfortable and treated me as though I have been there before even though it' my my first time. The doctor was very thorough on my eye exam and very nice to speak with. I highly recommend this place also, if you need to purchase new eye wear the girl in that department was fabulous, she knew everything about my insurance and was very helpful. I highly recommended this office.

I have had numerous eye issues and am always to go in if I am having certain issues. I began having eye pain and called my regular eye doctor. My regular doctor was unavailable and Grene Vision sent me to Dr. Prilliman as she could get me in that day. I was very impressed with her! She was patient, kind and very thorough. I was not her patient, yet she took the time to see me and was very attentive and professional. My eye doctor will retire soon and I already know who I will go to when that happens!

The receptionist had great skills. The first OD assistant was very professional. You could plainly see she had years of experience. She had good listening and people skills. I loved her. Dr. Prillman is also a great listener and makes instructions very clear. I even ask her at one point to repeat something I didn't quite understand. She was very kind and repeated the instructions in a way I completely understood. I also met with the optician, I assume is his title. I didn't like his answer to my question, but think he was being honest with me, in his experience. Overall, the office is almost perfect in equipment, professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency. I would definitely recommend this office of Greene Vision, in Andover, and Dr. Prillman.
