When I called about making an appointment The receptionist was very friendly, knowledgeable and have a positive vibe. Dr. Thompsons staff were just as equally as the receptionist I spoke to. Dr. Thompson was very kind and made sure to explain to me if there was something I didn't understand. He answered any questions I had and took the time to listen to my concerns.
