I had a pleasing experience at The EyeDoctors Optometrist at Burlington, Kansas. My exam was thorough. The receptionist were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They told me about the sales they had going and helped me find the right frames. Not only that, I was provided my prescription when I left (some places want to charge an extra $35 for it). I will be back!!!

I had started going to the Emporia office. The Burlington front desk office area was not a pleasant experience. And after a few times of dealing with that, I decided to go to Emporia. I am happy to say that my experience last Friday was a much different experience. The 3 ladies I had contact with, were polite, friendly and very professional. It was an enjoyable experience.

Everyone in the office were beyond exceptional! I felt heard and supported in my treatment. Not a single time did I feel bad for asking questions or asking for something said to be repeated. Overall, a very caring staff, welcoming environment and effective Optometrists office!

I love this place, the ladies that work in there were so very good, they knew what they're doing, and they take time to help you. My eye doctor is very nice, and she answers all of my questions and I love the fact that they are also so nice giving you some eye drop samples for me that's a big thing for the patients. It reminded me of my hospital time way back my hometown. We do give sample to our patients too. All in all, I recommend this place if you needed your eyes checkup.
