Epic Vision Eye Centers

There are staff members that are unfriendly and rude .My daughter came in to pick up her contacts that she order 2 staff members laughed at her and walked away while getting someone else to help her.I have been in customer service for over 25 years if that happened in my profession they would be fired on the spot! Are family will no longer do business there

I called because I was having a issue with my eye and Taylor answered the phone her customs service was awful she was rude we just moved to Kansas cause my husband is active duty and when I asked where clay was she got frustrated with me I am normally seen in the manhattan office and never have been treated the way I was treated by Taylor. I hope you take time an work with her on her customer service skills she has no remorse or even kindness in her voice! I will never go to that office I will stick with my manhattan crew.

Dr. Hubka was great! She kindly assisted me with questions I had concerning correction for my vision, and got me set up with new contacts! My oldest daughter is very nervous about doctor appointments and Dr. Hubka was so kind and sweet to her it really calmed her fears. She was very professional and knowledgeable about my daughters current vision issues, and got her set up with what she needs. The girls at the front desk are very helpful and nice as well. Great place, and their new office looks amazing!! Great job!!! Thank you all!!!

The visit was for my 4 year old. It was his first trip to the eye doctor and they were amazing! They kept him smiling and were patient when he got scared! Their glasses were a bit out of my price range but they had no problem getting me the subscription to take somewhere for cheaper glasses, without judging!

Wonderful people working there. They are pleasant and professional, but also thorough in all that they do. They communicate well and listen to their patients. I highly recommend them for any age group.

Very nice and fun experience. They made sure I understood what was going on and kept the mood fun during this odd pandemic. I look forward to my next appointment. Great people, great atmosphere.

I was sent here by the VA because they couldn't see me until some time in december. I was blown away by the care I received here. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. The tech that did my initilal testing went out of his way to explain everything he was doing and answered my questions in a way that could be understood. The doc that did the actual exam was just as accomadating. When it was determined that I needed more testing she made it clear that they would advocate on my behalf and she started the process before i even left. As we said in the Navy. A big Bravo Zulu to the entire staff of Epic Vision. Well done.

I recommend going here, everyone is friendly and they all take the time to make sure your needs are taken care of. It's very clean and professional but also comfortable. I appreciate not dreading an appointment.
