The staff is nice patient. The doctor is great and she answers your question and explains well.

They are amazing co workers that do there job and know how to always help solve an issue with my sons glasses and they know how to make the there patients comfortable and they definitely know how to make people laugh and cheer them up especially smaller children when they don't want to be here like 2 of my boys didn't even want to go in the the back on day because they were scared so shortly after the nice lady talked to them they were okay with going and getting their eyes checked now my kids love going there. To all the co workers your amazing people keep up the amazing work you do you have showed 2 of my boys that it's ok to be scared about somethings and showing them how your going to do it and what your going to use was harmless but also the amazing job you've done getting all 4 my kids in and out and not having to wait hours.the prices are great and it's clean.

Dr Dobbins is very nice, professional and very skilled. The only take on the practice is that the staff is not skilled enough when it comes to adjusting the frame to my comfort. I had a new glasses for more than a month and it hurts so bad! I went to get it adjusted about 4x but it still hurts. I need someone to fix the frame so that I can wear it

Was a new patient and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Dobbins was very informative and let me know of changes to my eyesight.

Very poor customer service. They acted very upset that I chose to not buy my frames and glasses through them. After getting the glasses (Bifocals) I was unable to see the computer screen. When I called to explain this they told me it was the fault of the eye glass place. Even though I told the doctor I sat at a computer all day and she told me specifically we will stay with Bifocals not Trifocals.

Very nice staff and the dr was very nice. She was able to get a seed tick off of my 3 yr old daughters eye just by explaining what she was doing. So sweet!

My wife had an appointment to pick up contacts. When she went in for an appointment, they checked her in and took her to the back to wait for the doctor, all for the doctor to tell her her contacts were not in yet.

I have been going to Dr.Dobbins for years and she is fantastic. Office staff is friendly and always willing to help. Thank you for all you do!
