Epic Vision Eye Centers

My wife saw them for the first time and they were all so friendly. Our toddler ended up destroying her trial pair of contacts the same day she got them, and they were kind enough to give her a new pair when she walked in the next business day. Awesome clinic!

Find a office who does have the professionalism it takes to communicate properly with their patients. Called the office with a question and was obviously politely and nice to the receptionist but unfortunately receptionist was very rude, has a very bad attitude and tone over phone and slammed phone.

One thing I liked the most about Epic Vision was that they sent me text reminders, and the paperwork ahead of time. I was able to prepare for my appointment, which made the process that much more quick. The assistants were all so polite and the doctor was very helpful. He worked with getting me into contacts that he thought were best for me, but also worked with my insurance. I loved the fact that they looked so closely at my insurance to make sure I was getting the best deal. I would recommend this business to anybody and everybody.

Child was seen for appointment at the beginning of November. It is December 16 and I called to check on child's glasses and was rudely told by whomever answered the phone that they will call when they get them. Dr is always good with my child, the other staff is almost always rude when I've called. I have only called twice in the month and a half it's taking to get the glasses.

I liked the kindness of the staff, but I didnt like that I had to wait in the room for a good 30 minutes for the doctor and it was one other person and myself. Also they said it would take 10-14 business days to receive my glasses and it took a month to get them. When I went in to get them, they just handed me the glasses, not realizing I was the patient and told me to let Candice know if she needs adjustments to just come in. Then they sent me a reminder that my glasses are in 2 hours later. Wont be going back.

As my first time at epic vision Morgan made me feel so comfortable and at ease! It was a pleasant surprise they don't do the air puff! Not to mention Morgan took fantastic photos of my ease without needing dilation! Will definitely be back next year :)

Horrible experience. I took my kids here to get glasses. We received the ones from de insurance in like 3 weeks. But we bought another pair for my daughter that we haven't received , it's been like almost 2 months. I live an hour from this place, I called ahead telling them that I wanted a refund and that I was on my way. I get there and they "called the lab" and they checked for the tracking number and they can't locate the package or an expected day of delivery. So I tell them to refund me my money. I was told it was going to take up to 30 days to receive the funds and that I was going to get a receipt via email. I drive home for an hour and when I was pulling in, I received a call from them telling me that the manager said that the policy prevents me from getting my refund. All of a sudden they find the package, and as I'm speaking with frustration( never cursed) I was told that I cannot talk to them like that. I don't know if there is a policy that prevents one from getting a refund after not getting what I paid for after almost 2 months of waiting.

As a new patient of this facility, I am hesitant on returning due to lack of disclosure from the front desk staff. During a preventative care visit (annual eye exam) that is fully covered by my insurance, they tagged on an additional charge for a "retinal photo". This had not been disclosed to me prior to service so I suggest anyone considering this practice, to advocate for yourself up front or find a more qualified office and save yourself the unpleasant experience.
