Everything was great quoted $270. Paid $200. Came in to pick up glasses, thinking I only owed $70 and an additional $25 was added. They claimed it was imagines. But that should have been put in when we first paid the money. Just wish price was what was said and not a surprise

I've been going to Dr. Smith for at least 5 years or longer. He is the best very polite treats me as a person not a number. His staff is kind and considerate of my needs. I would recommend him to anyone.

First of all Dr Smith Is great! That's out of the question. This isn't the problem. The problem is the lady that does the glasses. When you pick up your glasses you should he properly fitted. If I mention they are not strait or don't feel right she questions it over and over. First off I've had glasses for well over 20 years. I can tell when somthing isn't right. Now I've been going here for a few years. Started right b4 covid. The pair I received that year I took back to get looked at nothing changed and I wasn't being listened too. So I took them to Walmart. My lenses weren't in my frames properly. Now today I pick up mine and my daughters glasses and again mine were crooked. One side to high, she did notice that and adjusted, still crooked, and questioning me, she took them back a second time. I placed them on and they are still crooked. I got questioned again then was told to just wait to start wearing them tomorrow because I had worn my old prescription in. This is the 3rd time I've had issues. I will go else where to have them adjusted from here on out. The last pair I got I can't wear and I'm not sure what's wrong with those. Anywho. Again my issue isnt with anyone in that office except the lady who questions me constantly. Edit to reply... Question how they fit and feel are one thing but to questin someone that says there still crooked ? They look fine to me. Everytime! These were her exact words and have been for me and my child. Maybe you should watch As she fixes someone's glasses.

Went to pick out glasses they lady showed me the cheaper ones. I picked out a pair got them back had them adjusted three times and still can't wear them. I was told by another person they were child glasses. So I spent all that money on glasses I can't wear. So disappointed

The absolute worst experience I have ever encountered for a place of business allegedly supporting customer satisfaction...these are greedy..self serving..unprofessional minions...unfortunately the rating table doesn't go below a 1 because they don't deserve that...I paid $700 cash money for a pair of glasses..got them a week later...first day the lens falls out...took them back..had to send off...no phone call..update..nothing..over two weeks ..I go in to ask for a refund for paying that much money and then I get lied to by the receptionist that they called me...they did not..I offered to show her my call history..she couldn't give me the day...derrrr...and refused to give a refund...I then call to talk to the owner..Chris Smith...he calls me and did nothing but talk over me and refused a refund once again...REALLY?..only to "fix" the glasses..I've been now a month without my new glasses...Chris didn't think that was a big deal...obviously $700 is not for him but it is for me....I took the glasses home and the frame was still loose...they didn't even ck them out...I'm furious this second time and again demanded a refunjd...refused again...I asked for a discount and Dr Chris then told me he was going to give me a discount but since I was so upset he refuses to give the discount ..WELL...there's customer service and satisfaction for you! VERY RUDE and in no way shape or form willing to refund after the wait (month)..aggravation...inconvenience...he also said I was threatening him and was going to call the police on me simply because I am going to turn him in to the BBB...the Kansas Optometrist Assc...and Television station...sorry excuse....thank you Google.. for posting this and warning other consumers of this racket...Connie Webb...I would like to add to this review...I took this matter to small claims...in a small town...Chris Smith lied thru his teeth to the judge on the condition of the glasses he sent me in the mail...for one thing...what local "professional" sends glasses thru the mail??...they arrived bent at the bridge..he lied to the judge..along with his minions ..that I had bent the glasses and then retaped them because I wanted to "extort" money out of him and wanted everything for free...unabashedly total untruth..I just wanted glasses properly fitted and to not have them returned five times to get that right... For the money I paid...$700 inclusive...Yes they should be perfect...he has to live with himself...shameful this is acceptable...Christopher Smith should be ashamed of himself lying and paying his help to lie under oath...in the court of law...where is the justice for people who put themselves to the mercy of the system..only to be brushed aside for small town politics...greed...shame on you ...Smith Vision in Eldorado...don't go...liars and thieves...only a little man would stoop to bending someones glasses and sending them in the post and then lying about it...

Super friendly staff and fast service. I got my persciption glasses within a week of purchasing. Couldn't be happier!

I've been going there for years. He found a very serious condition with my eye that could have led to blindness.He spends all the time you need and explains everything. Staff is all very professional.

I have been looking for a new Optometrist upon relocating to Butler County from a large'ish city. Two bad reviews was enough for me to look elsewhere. This place sounds like a nightmare.
