She gives an FYI on certain things which helps cause I never knew a couple of them...
Overall in the 65 years I've been around I've never had as good customer service Dr. everybody was just totally fantastic....

She was so fun, energetic and also took her time with us and explaining what she was doing with our son for his medical eye exam with dilation. We don't have vision issues otherwise, but if I ever need glasses I will go to her absolutely!

ATTENTION SENIORS: ATTENTION SENIORS: If you have eye problems that need discussed, Dr. Cantrell has very limited patience for that. My mother, who is older, tried to explain some of her concerns and Dr. Cantrell just didn't have the time for that. Usually medical professionals listen patiently. Dr. Cantrell did not, and did not show her due respect.

I really liked Betty Cantrell, however I was very disappointed with the glasses and the service from others!!! I had to return to get the glasses redid, (prescription and to have them changed to progressive). After I went back again, I gave them the benefit, that they would work, I tried to wear them, however they just did not work. I reported it to the office and they said come back, we live about 1 hour away, one way. I told them I was very disappointed with their service and their glasses. I told them I would never go back to them and their glasses would just sit there or I would give them to the Lion's association. I do not wear those glasses and until I can give them to the association, they will just sit there!! I wear my old ones...they are much better than the new ones they sold me!!! I will never go to them again!!!!!!! Sincerely Patty.
