They were amazing with my 11yr old. Very friendly and made her very comfortable.

I had my eye exam and looked at glasses. The lady that was helping me informed me that they would not order them until I paid half and my friend Carol was told the same thing because she had an eye exam and went with me. So I went to the Pittsburg office explained everything and picked out a new pair of glasses and paid 150.00 on the balance. 4 days later I paid another hundred leaving the balance 75. Now today I call to see if my glasses are ready and this is when they inform me they have ordered the old pair and never sent the order for the ones I should of got!!!

Horrible customer service!! 5 weeks after being seen in their office, I reached out to see why there was such a delay on my daughter's glasses. Each time I called, they never answered the phone, only replying by text message. 6 weeks in, they finally told me through text message that her frames were on backorder. 8 weeks later, we finally recieved confirmation that her glasses were in and they could be picked up at our convenience. When I reached out to confirm their hours on Monday were 10-7, They responded saying their hours had changed and was only open 8-5 Monday through Thursday. Had I not confirmed the hours, I would have drove an hour and a half round trip, only to find they would have been closed. Mind you ALL communication was through text message. Not very professional in my opinion.
