Dr. Dvorak is a wonderful Optometrist, although, the way the office manager treats her staff is extremely sad. The patient care, treatment, & communication is very poor & disrespectful outside of the exam rooms. It is disheartening to experience.

Don't think that the personnel in the floor have too much of interest to really help the client. Waste two months back in for with my safety glasses, then they and up just taking the glasses back and giving the money back without having any interest in fight what was going on.Now I have to go to another clinic and try to get my glasses

Do not recommend at all. They are shifting patients to a process where they make them return for multiple visits that are not covered. A contact lens fitting fee used to be an additional $40 and now they are billing that as a separate $140 appointment and calling it a "teach" which is not covered under insurance plans.
