Tring new contacts and as we work together to find the ones that work best for me, they have been so helpful and encouraging as we walk through the process. And something I didn't know and in case you have been wondering too. I had a pair of reading glasses that I loved the frames on. I took them with me and they said the could possibly use them to fill my glass prescription! So I highly recommend if you any frames that you find and like take them and see if they can use them. Great team to work with!!

Had a appointment with Greene Vision Group first time so see them. When I waked in and had 4 people say" Hi how are you and asking how can we help you." Got checked in took a seat got called very rapidly to start my appointment. The lady took me back and explained everything she was going to and what they were checking for.. met with Dr. RINGLER (female) she was very nice and friendly . She explained everything to me and kept checking different lenses to make sure it was exactly what I needed. I had Cataract surgery done in 2012 and never needed glasses, but starting having blurred vision turns out I need glasses or contacts now on a permanent basis. I was very impressed with Dr. Ringer and every one was very friendly and helpful!! This will be my new permanent eye group from now on!! Thank you to everyone who was involved in my career and Dr. Ringer for you excellent care and guidance to restart wearing contacts!!!

Check in was a little slow as the front gal was talking to the patient or a friend for quite a while which didn't seem work related & didn't acknowledge me. After bout 5 minutes another gal finally got me checked in & was polite. The gals in back were excellent as always. Friendly & polite & explained everything. At check out, the gal didn't seem very polite & didn't smile.

They do a good job and are very friendly. If you want glasses they charge $55.00 extra that medicare does not cover. You pay that following your exam.

I love seeing my eye doctor and her staff. They treat me like family. Dr Gina Ritter.

They are a Joke,I wouldn't trust my dog with them.They diagnosed my wife with a floater in her right eye,and there was nothing they could do this appointment was in Feb.of 26.I wasn't happy with that diagnose,I set her up with dr.Schlerzbaum,we went in he identified her problem,made a phone call to dr. In Witchita for the next morning,he was thinking she needed surgery on her eye.the diagnosed from Dr. At Witchita was my wife had tumors in both eyes He immediately contacted Dr. Brian Firestone (eye cancer specialist in Oklahoma City.set up appointment my stepdaughter and myself took my wife to appointment and he coordinated radiation treatment here in hutch.she had 10 treatments it seemed to help a little.Dr. Schlerzbaum made her another pair of glasses that seemed to help her vision some.I Lost My Wife to Cancer.on 07 27 26.Im not saying that her tumors in her eyes is what she died from Im saying what Grene Vision group should have caught the problem with the tumors that dr. Schlerzbaum did. I know when I need an optometrist I will be going to Dr. Schlerzbaum ,here in Hutchinson

I was very impressed with the entire process, from the moment we arrived until I left. Kudos to my nurse Elizabeth.

Came in here due to another doctor telling us my daughter had an eye emergency& was needing to see her eye doctor, turned out it was nothing serious, which was great! But the doctor and assistant we saw was rude and rushed us out made us feel like an inconvenience. Will never go to this location again unfortunately.
