Extremely friendly environment. They take care of all the paperwork for you, you only have to sign your name basically. Large selection of frames, that are very up to date and very reasonably priced. Their machines They use for the eye exams are very current and up to date, clean area. The doctor that did my eye exam was very friendly, knowledgeable, easy to comprehend and communicate with. I would and have referred them to my parents, and other family members.

Dr. Evans - 5 Stars Exam was thorough, unrushed, friendly and educational. Lab - 5 Stars They got my glasses done and ready for pickup within 10 days. One pair was available within a few days which was great since my old glasses got demolished. Med Staff - 2 Stars Seemed like it was her first day, she was friendly and tried to be helpful but seemed unprepared and clueless. Sales - 0 Stars Wasn't helped at all. Left to fend for myself with no offer to assist or guide my search for frames. No adjustments offered. I was looking to find a new look, only got a big bill. Support Staff - 1 Star When they were around, they seemed clueless and interested in providing just enough help to keep you hanging on. Not worth the wait. I had to walk in because trying to use their website was a nightmare. I've worked in IT for over 35 years so I know it wasn't me. I had a $600 bill w/ insurance for 2 eyeglasses. I didn't even get any of the usual goodies I've gotten in the past from other providers that charged way less. Paid $200 & $300 for glasses with no cases or cleaner, not even a lint free cloth to wipe my overpriced glasses with. They gave me some lame excuse about being out and told me to check back in. For $600 you can't even give me a call?!!! I had a great visit with the Doctor only to be utterly disappointed, overcharged and left feeling rejected and ignored. I won't ever go back and recommend you don't either.

I was 12 weeks pregnant when I came in and the Dr told me my optic nerve was mildly swollen and that I could have brain cancer or a tumor. I was so freaked out I mentioned over 100 times I was pregnant and she still told me to go get a spinal tap and MRI. Turns out it's normal during pregnancy and she scared me for no reasoning I was crying. Do not recommend.

Doctor Evans was very friendly and professional doing my eye exam. She explained everything very well and made sure I understood everything. I think she is the best.

Everyone is very friendly ans and professional. They were on time, explaining everything as we went. Dr. Evans was easy to talk to and understand. The selection of frames was very nice. Overall I will go back myself and recommend this place for anyone.

Very impressed with the thoroughness and caring service. Dr. Bechtold took time to explain/educate and even made it fun.

Kyle and the entire staff always make it a breeze when I am in for my exams. No long wait, and everyone is professional and very friendly! Highly recommend them!!

Second time visiting today 3/4/2022. Always pleasant from start to finish. They have a great selection of stylish glasses. I wanna thank the lady that helped me decide between frames. I end up purchasing three pairs. The lady helped me in anyway she could to save me money. My total was pricey but not compared to what it could have been. Thank you and thank you for being patient with me. Choosing three pairs made the check out process longer. I highly recommend them for eyecare.
