It was walk in, wait for like 3 minutes, get back, get tested, talk with Doctor and out. Not an all day waiting game. The Dr was very polite and easy to talk to. They didn't try and sell you anything you don't actually need. Not a single rude person in the office or visiting the office.

Doctor was fantastic with my kids and the person that helped get the glasses, I would suggest you slow down and actually give feed back on how they look on the child. But overall it was a great experience and local to us.
