All the employees in the Eyedoctors office are amazing. The are kind, polite, patient, considerate, professional and helpful. The office is well-organized and I have never had to wait long. Dr. Carpenter is also amazing. They all seem to truly care. I would highly recommend Eyedoctors in Marysville Kansas.

My wife ordered glasses and were charged $300.00 for the frames. Our bill was not sent in to the correct insurance coverage. When corrected, insurance covered all but $33.00 for the frames and we still have not been reimbursed. Their "corporate" number where they send you to resolve this situation is a maze of answering machines that give you no satisfaction.

Went to get my glasses straightened and once done my lash was rubbing against the lense . I asked to have them readjusted and received a do you want them tight or not attitude. I had her go ahead . They are not tight but wasnt going to ask again Just told her they would do...Not sure if it was just a bad day or what..
