Mission EyeCare

I have been a loyal patient at Mission Eye Care for over five years, driving over an hour each way to get to their office. Today, I arrived 23 minutes late to my appointment due to a traffic backup on I-35 caused by a car accident something completely beyond my control. Rather than showing any understanding or flexibility, they turned me away entirely. After five years of loyalty and commitment to their practice, I expected a little more consideration. Obviously, loyalty means nothing to this business. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest others do the same.

This office is absolutely amazing! Between their stellar customer service and their knowledge of eyes I'm general was exceptional all around. I've had some really bad experiences with a few Eye Dr places in my past, this was the best visit I've had in far too long. I was told I'd never be able to wear contacts again, but they were able to get me into some that fit perfectly! Thank you so much for the great experience, and for all your help!! I'll definitely be back

Dr. Stoecklein was so knowledgeable and his bedside manner was great. He was thorough and answered all my questions! Will definitely be going back!

Mission Eye Care used to be great. I was a patient around 12 years prior to this. I had my eye exam and ordered glasses. They attempted to make them 3 times and they were like I was in a fishbowl. They refunded my money for the glasses and said they would reverse the insurance claim. They did not. I was then charged another $60 to come back in for a contact lenses fitting. Then just before the end of my plan year I was unable to order contacts because insurance showed that I had used my benefit on glasses. I used other insurance due to needing to get the order in and their office was closed. I called the following week and they got the insurance corrected. Tried to submit and order for more contacts - insurance benefit was only $105 - a box of dailies was $90 per eye, so I ordered 1 pack of colored contacts per eye which was around the $100 - I just wanted to use the insurance benefit I should get. This was the last week of the my plan year due to all of the issues. Mission Eye Care denied that I could have other style of contacts AFTER their failure to make glasses that work and kept the insurance money so my benefit wasn't available.

First visit to Mission Eye Care. Staff and Dr. Stoecklein were warm, welcoming and professional. Quality eye care with a personal touch.

We recently visited Mission Eye Care with our family, and everyone was impressed with the excellent service. The doctors and staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel at ease. They politely addressed our concerns and answered all our questions, making the experience truly positive.
