Staff was nice but it was not accessible at all. There were no parking spots. The only handicap parking spot is down the block. My grandma had to walk almost have a block with her walker and oxygen to get to the appointment. I called and asked staff if I could possibly park in the back to help her and they told me it was only for staff. Main Street is a busy road and I couldn't just park in the middle and drop her off. Then we had to wait 30 minutes + after our appointment time to even be seen.

Great experience from the moment I checked in. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. Dr Kluttz didn't hesitate to address the contact questions I had after my exam. I had a hard time choosing a pair of glasses, but the clinician was super patient and thorough, explaining exactly what my insurance would cover. Everyone was so friendly. I'll definitely be back.
