I sent in an appointment request online on a Friday for an appointment the following Wednesday. I got a call Wednesday morning saying that the appointment time wasn't available and that the online system is basically pointless because it schedules appointments without having access to the appointment block. The lady then offered me a different appointment a month away. She never even gave a real reason why someone didn't bother to reach out to me before the day of the appointment.

I have been wearing glasses for 31 years. This is the best place I have every tried. My 4 year old went to the eye doctor for the first time ever and her experience was very positive. They have a large selection of eye wear. The staff is fantastic. They are open late on Wednesdays for your convenience. Highly recommend this for all your eye care needs.
