Parsons Eye Clinic PA

I went in four months ago before I moved to a new town and gave them my dad's number to call when their ready bc he's still in town. I've called countless of times, and my dad even stopped by to see if they were open. and legit four months later my dad finally gets a call about how they are done and has came in everyday this wee to try to get my glasses and everytime the door is locked and they are closes. this upsets me because I have astigmatism and have to drive everywhere throughout the day making it difficult without being able to see. I'm very frustrated eith the outcome of this visit. I shouldn't have to wait months to get glasses that I was told should vome in the next two weeks.

Recently visited this clinic and was disappointed with the exam and still facing the effects of it. The examiner seemed confused and did not notice I had contacts in even though he prescribed them to me a year before. We had the restart the exam. The prescription was very difficult to read. It was clear the examination machines were not cleaned between exams (I am now suffering from pink eye I believe was picked up there). I would avoid this place unless your insurance isn't taken anywhere else. The front desk receptionist was doing the work of two people and was stellar. She does not deserve this poor review.
