I absolutely enjoyed my time at Visionworks. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. The doctor was really nice and made me feel super confident and comfortable. The eye exams are a good price. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Had a great visit. The office was busy however that didn't cause any long delays. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during my visit. I was blown away by this place!
We had broken glasses and needed a last-minute appointment and they made that happen. Once there, I was taken care of by the friendliest staff (Amy & Courtney) and made to feel very welcomed. I was impressed by their speed of services and prices. Overall, it was a wonderful 10/10 experience and will definitely be referring people to choose this place for all of their needs. I'm very pleased and will return in the future.

Staff is very accommodating and the doctor was more than professional. They were a little overcrowded and the main waiting area and lobby didnt feel very clean. Display glasses were sticky and covered in fingerprints. I would recommend some hand sanitizer stations near the display glass or disinfectant wipes for them during cold and flu season. I would refer anyone to visions works as they did provide a great service and worked with my insurance. 5 stars if it was cleaner.

The optometrist was thorough and very pleasant. I felt confident my eye health was a priority. When selecting my eyewear, Ray Boyd gave me exceptional service as always. I have specifically let him assist me for years and will as long as he is there. He remembers everything about my specific likes, issues, preferences, and provides invaluable customer care. He is able to pick frames for me better than I can! He is a true asset to your facility! All of your associates were helpful and friendly and I never felt rushed. Eye care and eye wear are extremely important and personal and your staff at the Ashland mall location always prove they care.

I've been waiting a month on eye glasses. They didn't hesitate to take my money. But can't refund my money and can't provide glasses. Corporate only repeats what they don't know. Which is an arrival date. They do not call to let you know your stuff Is there. They lie about dates then tell ya there's nothing they can do. Was literally going to make three more appointments but not now!!!
