Eye Care Center - Broadway

I got an eye exam here today. The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The girl who did the first tests was very thorough doing the tests and getting my information. Dr Reynolds was great. He explained why my eyesight is so much worse in my left eye in a way I easily understand. We also discussed cataracts. I was very pleased with my visit. I recommend if you need an eye exam.

Extremely professional! From Sam up front to Amber in the back. And a very good ck up with the provider. Hard working person who really care for their patients. They do need a designated parking area for just them , patients and more handicapped parkingI I would recommend them to anyone! MARY

We had such a great experience at this eye care center. The doctor took extra time with my daughter to explain how her eyes work and why she needs glasses, in a way she could really understand. That patience and care made a huge difference and helped her feel comfortable instead of nervous.

I took a blow to.my left eye and started seeing some flashes. I walked in and told the receptionist what happened and she didn't hesitate, she had me fill out paperwork and not 15 minutes later my eyes were dilated and pictures were taken and the Dr looked at the pictures and then did a very thorough exam. They were all so nice, very professional and very quick to address my concerns. I left there feeling much better. Thanks so much for everything. Best experience ever!!!!

I love the experience at the Eye Center. We enjoy our trip. Great, respectful, down to earth employees. Great glasses as well. My grandchildren likes the staff and doesn't mind to go

As always the office goes above and beyond to help and take care of us. We go as a family always and they don't blink an eye at making us 5 appointments and work us through. Each person is awesome at their job and together they make a wonderful team. Thank you eye care center in Lee County. Hats off!!

Nothing but aggravation every time I needed contacts last time I bought contacts from them they gave me a baggy with 1 pair which was not what I paid for and they had someone else's name on them. I have a friend who would order thru them and never had a problem but it took them forever to get any for me. They gave me a pair to wear until I got my ordered ones prior to this because I was wearing old contacts due to them taking forever to get there, the pair they gave me had no perscription on them at all when I called about it they said they didn't know how that could happen but I just did without. Then I started ordering my contacts myself but now when they called to verify my perscription they told them I had NEVER been fitted or prescribed contacts. Whoever might read this idk if you'll have issues or not because no one I know has except me so im going somwhere else from now on tired of it and it almost feels personal

I am a first time patient. I was very pleased when I walked in and greeted by the friendly receptionist. The nurse was professional and the doctor was thorough and professional, as well as the optician. I am glad I found Eye Care Center in Beattyville.
