I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr.Ellis and the exceptional care he provided for my son during an emergency. When my son needed immediate attention late on a Sunday evening, Dr. Ellis didn't hesitate to come in, even though the office was closed. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my son's well-being were evident from the moment we walked in. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to their patients that they are willing to give up their personal time to ensure they receive the care they need. I am beyond thankful for his commitment and expertise. I would highly recommend Dr. Ellis to anyone in need of an outstanding eye doctor. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients!

The staff take good care of you from the time you get there until you leave. They are very helpful and courteous. Dr. Ellis is wonderful. He takes the time to explain things and answer all your questions. They have great equipment for more in-depth testing. The staff that help pick your glasses are awesome. They were very helpful and patient. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I was impressed with the through exam I received. The staff were all so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have worn readers (cheaters) with my contacts to read for 15 years. I have never had an eye Doctor tell me I had any other options. I was totally impressed with Dr. Cases' knowledge, expertise, and the ability to think out of the box and look at options that would be better for me and fit my lifestyle. I also was very amazed with the staff in the eye glass and contact lens area. Their knowledge, skill and patience were impressive! I purchased a really nice pair of glasses and a year supply of contacts. I know I will be very happy with my purchase and look forward to seeing them next year!

Absolutely amazing with kids. My 10 year old was having to get glasses for the first time and the Dr and staff made sure all of his test were done just right to get his correct prescription and really get to know him and answer all of his questions. And the woman Haley who helped him get fitted and find the perfect glasses was amazing! She was so patient and tried on so many pairs and explained them all to myself and my son! It was an amazing experience for something that could have been upsetting!

This is the first time visiting EyeCare Associates of Kentucky. I had the best experience ever going to an eye doctor. From the moment I walked into the door, the girls at the front desk were friendly and pleasant. The nurses in the back were very professional and kind and Dr. Case was phenomenal!! Dr. Case listen to my concerns, address them and explained everything in detail so I understood completely. I never felt rushed or like I did not matter. When I went to check out Nicole helped me pick out the perfect frames...with 30% off!!!! In and out in an hour and feeling really good about my new eye care center. I can't wait to my new spec arrive!!! I would recommend EyeCare Associates to Everyone!!! Thank you very much!

The place was spotless and they were very conscientious of Covid-19 safety measures. The staff is friendly. They make you feel like family. Dr. Morris and Tiffany was very helpful and knowledgeable. The ladies helping with frames were very helpful too! I would recommend their service . Thank you all for your help and patience!
