Love my Volume Lashes and 3D Microbladed Brows! Jacquelyn is a perfectionist and you leave looking gorgeous! I recommend getting your brows or lashes done she is the best in the business and has been doing it longer than most artists!!! I did my homework before getting any permanent make up done and Jacquelyn is the most trained and very professional. You won't leave unsatisfied! You will leave feeling confident and know your procedures were done correctly!

Oh my gosh AMAZING!!! The very best in the biz! Not only is her work perfection but it's a pleasant experience being there. The studio is insanely clean and professional. You won't be disappointed! Jacquelyn does my lash extensions and has recently re did my permanent makeup on my eye brows. Which turned out so awesome!!!

Jacquelyn is the bomb. I started getting my lashes done and absolutely loved them. I then decided to add permanent eyeliner. She did a fantastic job. Jacquelyn is a perfectionist at everything she does. She truly loves what she does so you can trust her to do you a good job.

Jacquelyn is truly an expert in her field. It is very evident that this is her passion and she knows what she is doing from a scientific angle. She is very good at use of pigment and color to make everything look so natural. You can trust her for a job well done!

I am so in love with my eyebrows now, I have spent my entire life drawing on my brows feeling like I had to have a brow pencil with me at all times and I would never go to the pool or water parks because of it and water parks are something my hubby loves, but we are on our way home from the Bahamas and Coco Cay and I enjoyed it so much!!! After a few rides at the water park I said OMG look I still have eyebrows lol. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner but I am so thankful I found starry eyes, I had done consultations with several other places and they were either very unprofessional or very inexperienced when I would start doing research on them. Jacqueline was simply amazing to work with. She is really good at what she does and super sweet and made the experience easy and even fun. If you are unhappy with your brows don't put it off, it will change how you feel about yourself!!!!!

Disclaimer: I have never had permanent makeup done here. However, I do have intimate knowledge of someone who has and I've benefitted from the superior artistry. There's likely an equal level of skill and quality at some shop somewhere, but clients probably don't drive from other states for appointments made weeks/months in advance as they do here. Highly recommended.
