I absolutely love gaddies!!! I was taking my son to Lagrange until there was an emergency and they got my son in the very next day. They are so amazing and sweet with him. The Dr is awesome with him also he talks with both of us and makes sure we're both comfortable with any decisions!! Overall the staff is beyond great!! It's a blessing to have them as our eye care.

Beautiful employees, all the ladies there have a heart of gold. I totally recommend this place. In fact I wouldn't ever recommend any other. These ladies are so helpful, thoughtful, respectful. I care about them and love them very much. Some of the most beautiful people in the world. And a very proud to call them my friends. I think you'd be very happy that you went here instead of someplace else. Five stars all the way should be 10. Stay blessed ladies.

Go to Walmart and get better service, at half the price! My glasses were 13 months old and I was steered to them because they were flexon and were supposed to be tough. 750 dollars all together. Taking them off one day and they just snap into on the bridge. I take them back and was told all they'd do is sell me the same frame for 275.00! I only paid 170.00 for them before and told them that and all they would say is they list for 275 and no other frame would work. I go to Madison Walmart and a very nice lady took her time and put my expensive lenses in new frames, cost me 54 dollars and they're just fine. Shame where I bought them and paid 750 dollars wouldn't do anything besides try to make me pay more than the original frames cost! What you try hard to do owner is separate customers from as much money as possible! Also they won't give you a copy of your prescription, even though they're required to buy law, after the exam, even if you don't ask for it. The FTC is cracking down on this and I have talked to many people who say they were refused at all of you locations. I certainly know I was never offered one. Federal law under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires eye doctors to give you a copy of your eyeglass prescription after your eye exam, without extra charge or needing you to buy glasses from them. You can take your prescription to any retailer to purchase glasses or contacts. Your prescription's expiration date is determined by state law, usually lasting one to two years, and you cannot use an expired prescription. Your Rights Regarding Your Prescription Right to your prescription: You have the right to receive your eyeglass prescription at the completion of your eye exam, even if you don't plan to buy glasses from that eye doctor. No extra fees: Prescribers cannot charge an extra fee for your prescription. Freedom to shop: You are free to buy your eyeglasses or contacts from any retailer, online or in person, once you have your prescription. No mandatory waiver or release: You are not required to sign a waiver or release form to get your prescription.

The first thing I want to highlight is the optometrist was very nice and friendly and worked well with my children. I really enjoyed the staff as well. My only complaint is the outrageously overpriced glasses. I get it designer frames are going to cost more but, looking up the exact same frames they had in the office versus how much they cost online confirm to me how they were making their profit.. I really do enjoy this location much better than the other neighboring locations. I'm just still a little blown away by the price of the lenses and glasses.

I have been to the Carrollton Kentucky Gaddie Eye Center location numerous times, and each time I was greeted with the most friendly and smiling faces I have ever seen in any business. The team at the center really works well with each other. They are very kind and courteous and have always treated me with respect. I love this place

Fast and great customer service. Every employee I talked to was very nice and helpful. And the cost wasn't bad either went out of their way to help me with cost cause I was self pay. Highly recommend.
