Courtney was extremely helpful while deciding what classes to get based off of my budget. Courtney was able to juggle my insurance allowance along with the Clarkson second pair discount to come up with the most affordable way for me to get my glasses replaced along with a prescription pair of sunglasses. She was very patient with me as I search for frames and each time she would figure out the most affordable structure and use of insurance as well as the discount. Much appreciated and my family will definitely be returning to Clarkson eye Care because of Courtney's customer service abilities.

Very unprofessional, I had an appointment and Clarkson cancelled the appointment and gave it to someone else. No notification that they cancelled. Sorry for the system glitch was all I received. We can get you in next week. Totally unexceptable.

Dr. Center cares about her patients. Have being visiting Clarkson Eyecare for 12 years now. Never had any issues with my glasses. The prescriptions appear to be accurate because I have no trouble seeing.

My experience wasn't the best. From being over charged 60.00 to not being told it would take 2-3 weeks for my glasses to come in. After looking at my receipt and noticing all these fees I called to question it just for them to make excuses. Then at 3 weeks I called to check on my glasses to be told they're still in processing. Once again excuses blaming it on a holiday (Memorial Day) I was told hopefully the following week I decided to cancel my glasses just to be charged a restocking fee of 40.00. Once again for glasses that would take almost 4 weeks if not longer and after being over charged. I will not go back nor will I refer anyone to them.
