Dr. Jacob Burton provides the best care and has such a great bedside manner. He is never in a hurry to get in or out of the exam room. His knowledge of the eyes is excellent! Also, I can't say enough good about his staff in both Adair and Russell counties. You will be doing yourself a huge favor by seeing him for your eye care needs. You'll leave feeling happy. Yes, he has that effect on you!

Had cataract surgery about a year and a half ago and now I wear readers. I used to wear glasses because I couldn't see far away but now I can't see close-up after the surgery It has been driving me crazy I buy those Cheap readers they break every other day scratch so I decided to go in and have them put lenses in my old frames took him a week and a half which that is not bad at all. Thank you for allowing me to provide my own classes that I love they don't make them this small anymore although it did cost me an extra $20 and I understand because if y'all broke them, then you would have to give me a pair of equal. The physician was very nice and the guy that took my order for my glasses was also very nice. All of them were nice. Thank y'all again you all make people feel welcome Great job

I have lived in Somerset all my life and since moving to Campbellsville last year i decided to go to Downy eye clinic in Columbia since my husband had been going for years there already. Absolutely loved my experience. Dr.Burton was so personable and you could tell he cares about the people that comes in for their eye care. The staff is really nice as well.

Me and my husband had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this place to other's who are looking for an eye clinic. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved Dr. Ballard she was awesome! We will definitely be back visiting again.

Both times I've been with two of my children. Dr. Burton and Brittany were the kindest souls! I couldn't have asked for two better people to check out my kids eyes. Dr.' Burton is funny and the kids really liked him. Even my smallest one was laughing and just having a good time. I would recommend Dr Burton and staff to anyone!

You could not ask for a better eye clinic, I been with Downey's Eye Clinic since I moved here back in 98' when I was seeing Max, he will always have a special place in my heart and I do miss him and I hope he is enjoying his retirement. With all that being said he picked the best group of drs to take his place and I have to say that I feel like part of the Downey family, everyone one is so kind, friendly and will hold a conversation with you as if you have known each other for years, lol which I have with some of them.
