They texted me forms to fill out in advance. Not only did I fill them out I called to make sure I did it correctly. After we got there for our visit they told me they needed our social security card A&B card.When I said that I didn't have them they said that I may be responsible for additional charges. When I said nobody told me I needed to bring them they said to go home and bring them back otherwise I could be responsible for more charges. The lady was rude and no one else stood up and said let's try to work this out. After about 20 minutes we got up and walked out.All they had to do was say please bring them with you on your visit. Then it would be my responsibility to bring them with me.Just rude people.

I needed a last minute eye exam on a saturday morning, they were able to get me in same day. The staff was Phenominal and accomadating. The Doctor was the best I have dealt with. The prescription he gave me has given the best site I have ever had. I see more clearly than I did when I had 20/15 vision in my youth. Thank You.
