Front desk staff was rude. Care team and Doctor was amazing. I understand that I was one of the first patients of the day but if you are not ready just kindly explain that. Telling the patient to go sit down and they will call you up when they are ready is not very good customer service. A simple hi or good morning please have a seat while we finish getting set up would be much more polite. Once in the back everything was amazing and made up for the initial contact.

I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment. I only had to wait 5 minutes before the nurse called me in. The entire staff was very kind and courteous. They were so nice to answer any questions I had. Would definitely go back! Follow up review. There is this one woman no matter what time of day you go, she's ALWAYS in a bad mood. Other than that, its a great office.

I arrived early and was taken back promptly. All my questions were answered with great knowledge. Dr. Burchell and staff were very kind and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. I definitely would recommend to all my friends and family!

Staff are knowledgeable and personable. I don't feel like I'm just another number in the Medical Industrial Complex. I'm able to schedule timely appointments and get the treatments necessary to assure my eye health

I usually go to insight eye care, which they are fantastic!!!!! They just didn't have the equipment needed to look further into my eye. I'm a very patient person, the wait was unusually long which didn't bother me. I understand things happen and it can get busy. What I am upset about is the service I received specifically from one of the assistants (Olivia). I was taken to the back, placed in front of a machine. I was told to put my chin in the holder and my forehead against the strap, which I did. But she had trouble getting the machine to work and adjust so the head strap and the eye focal point was moving all over the place. I could tell she was getting frustrated which I even deemed reasonable. What was unreasonable was the fact that she lashed out at me to keep my forehead pushed against the strap which was 4 inches away and my nose was pressed against the eye focal. I proceeded to say " I can't put my forehead against it, I do not have a Neanderthal forehead, it doesn't protrude that far". She proceeded to get angry with me, threw her hands in the air all while huffing and puffing and walked out. The second assistant was very apologetic and nice and she tried to get the machine to work but she couldn't either. At that point I just left. The first assistant, I was appalled by her behavior. It was aggressive, unprofessional, which mimicked a spoiled child throwing a temper tantrum because their toy wasn't doing what they wanted it to do, then going and taking it out on their brother or sister because of said situation. I get people have bad days, but when I am having a bad day, I don't take it out on those nearest to me.

If was a great experience. I went thru all the different exams. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The tech group were through explaining everything and I understood. After just a short time I saw there. He was very kind and involved in my treatment. He explained what I was experiencing and why. He found one thing we talked about. And I scheduled a consultation with him. He was excellent at making me feel comfortable and look forward to my consultation. I respect the time they take and their answering my questions.

I had an amazing dr as well as check in. The nurse that took care of me prior to seeing the doctor was amazing as well. Then it when it comes to the surgery coordinator to schedule for us a pretty big deal kind of surgery. Doctor told me she would explain who when where what happens from there to surgery to what procedures. I asked what kind of surgery she wrote it on a piece of paper told me to take a picture to look up info about this specific procedure instead of explaining to me and doing what she was suppose to do. I asked what they would do being I have never had a surgery. I asked what and where they would go in my eye at. She laughed amd said ummm the doc didn't explain all this? Well he should've and told me they'd cut my wye and id have stitches. I also explained to her well you ARE the surgery coordinator so you should explain how the procedure will go but instead are bashing your dr which btw is amazing and I'm sure pays you well to do so! I said I love him as my dr and if he didn't explain something amd asked me if I had anymore questions and I didn't ask then we are all human and make mistakes or misunderstanding things. She laughed! If she were not here mayne it would be a better experience for us all amd their team because it stinks to deal with a person like this under stress about your eye anyhow! Sorry the staff and public have to deal with this amd her. Maybe in the future it will be better for us all!?

Very professional patient gentle and kind Office anxious to assist their clients. The nurses who took care of me prior to the Dr. were Very kind and precise.. Very intentional in making the clients feel important. Well run office and staff Dr. was as usual very professional with a great bedside manner
