I had a great experience at the Eye Center. Dr. Peterson was very thorough and took the time to carefully check my eyes and explain everything clearly. The exam was comprehensive, and I felt confident that my eye health was truly being evaluated, not rushed. The staff was professional and helpful as well. Arrived 10 minutes early to our appointments (4 kiddos). Upon trying to check in the short brown haired lady with nose ring tells us that they do not have an appointment for one of our kiddos. No apology. No attempt to correct the issue. Refused to provide a school excuse despite this being their fault. We proceeded to wait for our other three appointments. 60 minutes later after a significant number of individuals were taken in ahead of us I went back to the desk and asked another lady why we hadn't been seen. We were told they were short staffed. They could not provide a timeline for when or if we could be seen. Again no apology. No attempt to help. This is totally unacceptable. Will update with info once a better eye Dr is located. BEWARE, this location is not worth your time.

Dr. Tagett is an incredibly knowledgeable and considerate professional who goes to great lengths to ensure you get the very best outcomes and care along the way! I am deeply grateful that she is my Doctor, as I've had two surgeries and she is diligent in her follow ups and recommendations.
The staff at both the Liberty and the Danville locations are exceptionally kind and caring professionals as well!

This is the only eye doctor that I recommend. From walking through the doors, being put into a room, having the tech do their assessments, to the optometrist doing their exam, explaining everything, and answering any questions, to picking out glasses.... It's so easy, smooth, and quick. I've been going here for years. I've never had anything to complain about. I can't say one bad thing.
