Jacob Family Eyecare

I was out of town with my entire family when I got a piece of glass embedded in my eye. I went to the clinic at the tourist attraction but they could not find anything wrong. My eye got substantially worse. Dr. Kevin Jacob not only saw me even though his clinic at Walmart had already closed, but took the time and care to discover I had a tiny piece of clear glass embedded in my eye. He then walked me all the way over to the pharmacy inside of Walmart to make sure that I got the OTC medicines he recommended. To my great surprise ten minutes later he stopped by the pharmacy area again just to make sure that the prescription he had prescribed me was in stock and that I had successfully received it. He stayed behind almost an hour after closing to make sure I got the proper care I needed. I have never had any sort of medical doctor go so far above and beyond in such a personal and caring way to me (a stranger from out of town). Unbelievable professionalism, service, and hospitality!

My 9 year old grandson had been sick and started having double vision. We had seen a couple doctors and i decided to take him in to c Dr Jacobs. Dr Jacobs. Found fluid build up on his retna which can cause blindness. We ended up at childrens where he had a spinal tap to drain fluids. Had Dr Jacobs not found this my grandson could have gone blind. We will b forever greatful to Dr Kevin Jacobs.

My family has been here twice now and both times they have been Wonderful! The staff was very professional and courteous. They were so helpful and really listen to your concerns. I would highly recommend them for people of all ages!

LOVE THE JACOBS..I USUALLY SEE STEPHANIE...SHE'S SO SWEET AND PATIENT BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY,SHE TAKES A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING THE ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE WITH YOUR EYES,AND SHE MAKES SURE YOU UNDERSTAND PUTTING IT INTO LAYMAN'S TERMS..HER HUSBAND AND HER COMMUNICATE ALL THE PAST VISITS ON THEIR CHARTS AND I HAVE ALWAYS FELT LIKE EVERYTHING WAS COVERED..BEING A PATIENT WITH TWO DETACHMENTS AND THE PARTIAL LOSS OF AN EYE,I TRUST THEM ENTIRELY..(I ONLY WISH ONE OF THESE GUYS WERE OPTHAMOLOGIST. ..IF ALL DRS. WAS AS THOROUGH AS THE JACOBS,,THERE WOULD BE LESS QUESTIONS AND MORE PATIENTS AT EASE...LOVE THEM AND THEIR PROFESSIONALISM.

Such a wonderful practice. They both are personable and go above and beyond for their patients.
