I agree with another reviewer. This is the most disorganized business I think I've dealt with. The doctor and staff are nice and the location is convenient for me, but ordering glasses has been absolutely frustrating!! On 3/20/23 I had my exam and ordered a pair of glasses with magnetic clip on sunglasses (paid $220 extra for the sunglasses). Two weeks later my glasses came in without the magnets embedded in the lens nor the sunglasses. I chalked that up to an unfortunate mistake, and they sent the glasses back to be corrected. In the meantime, I took advantage of buying a second pair of glasses at their special discount if you purchase a second pair within 30 days - I chose same frame/different color so I could use the same sunglass clip-ons. My first glasses came back after 2 weeks with the magnets and clip-on corrected, but I was supposed to have tiny crystals glued over the sunglass magnets - NO crystals. They said they would put the order in for the crystals and have them sent back with my second pair of glasses. Second pair arrived after another couple weeks, again no crystals came with them. They again told me they would order the crystals and they could glue them in the the office so I could keep and use my sunglasses in the meantime. Actually made the statement - they wouldn't charge me any extra! D*mN well not, since I had already paid $220 for magnetic sunglass clip-ons with crystals. Now on May 31, I called again to follow up and still no crystals and the person answering the phone couldn't find any record of them being ordered. Said they would have someone check with the lab and call me. We are leaving on vacation for 3 weeks, so I won't be able to get this corrected for at least another month. I'll definitely be going somewhere else next year for an exam and glasses.

Do not consider this location for your glasses prescription. It smells like marijuana upon entry, very professional. Despite using insurance and asking for basic lenses they add on "coatings" they deem necessary and charge you an additional $75 when the lenses are covered under plan.

If there was a Zero stars, I would choose that. Worst office to deal with. They don't return calls and then hang up on you when you call back and explain your issue. No communication and MONTHS! Delay in getting anything done!! Go Elsewhere!! Save yourself the time and hassle!

I love this place, and the optometrist, I had her as my eye dr years ago and I followed her to this place because she was so good and friendly!

Do not waste your time. Very unorganized and very unprofessional.
