Vista Optical inside Select Military Exchanges

I stopped in to get some help with my glasses and Lindsay was awesome. She took the time to figure out what was going on and hooked me up with the little grippers for the inside of the frames so they actually stay in place now. Super friendly, super patient, and made the whole thing easy. Really appreciate her helping me out. Great service all around.

Ana, the representative, was awesome. She fixed my glasses and cleaned them up. She did a super good job. Letting everyone know about the grat customer service I received.

Omg today was one of the best days and best experience ever at an eye doctor Or any other optometry I've ever been to been going my whole life and I'm 35 big ups and kudos to Lindsey! Your amazing and such a postive vibe and great customer service! As soon as i walked in i was Warmly welcome with a big smile and great attitude. Immediately grab my glasses for me and went to work on them in less then 15 minutes my glasses where cleaned( I did not even k ow this was possible) and repaired! I truly appreciate to Lindsey your amazing!

I stopped in on my lunch break to complete what should have been a simple task. Provide a written prescription to order lenses for my sunglasses. I came in because I remember a sign used to be posted that they make Oakley prescription lenses. They have Oakley sunglasses in the display still, which is misleading. We went through the entire process to include payment, only for her to tell me after it was all done that I couldn't take my sunglasses with me because they had to be sent away to get made. These are standard Oakley sunglasses. The shape and figment of the lenses is a well known measurement. Plenty of cheap aftermarket retailers sell replacement lenses on Amazon, so it makes no sense that a reputable eyeglass store, located on post, in the PX mall, should not be able to do the same thing. Had to wait for a refund. A simple sign or maybe basic communication at the beginning of the process would have made it all much simpler, and the wasting of both of our times could have been avoided. If you don't mind overpaying and losing your sunglasses for ten days, maybe it's a good place? Disclaimer here is that as an individual preference, I care nothing for the courtesy of customer service representatives, I care only that the service I receive is adequate and meets reasonable expectations. This experience did not.

Ana was awesome at fort Campbell Vista Optical!! I came in and asked her if she could fix my frames and she took them right in and had them repaired in no time.

Lindsey was great! I came in to get my sunglasses adjusted and also left with a pair of rayban sunglasses. She answered all of my questions and was super friendly. I will definitely be going back to purchase more pairs in the future.
