I was greeted when I arrived. My appointment was on time. I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. The tech was thorough, explained each test and the importance of the test. Dr. Lance Long was patient, he explained the results in detail and it was obvious he wanted to get me in the best prescription. Wong was amazing helping me pick out glasses. I won't go anywhere else.

Check in receptionist was great. Very kind and helpful. Dr. Stallard was so wonderful. My 5 year old was very nervous and he helped calm him. The check out receptionist should not be working in customer service. Her attitude is terrible. I only asked a question about how my insurance was billed and her tone was belittling, and she acted as if it was an inconvenience to bill my insurance the way I needed. She shouldn't be speaking to customers at all.

Upon entering the office we were greeted by a very welcoming staff! We were sent back for the first set of eye tests and the assistants were very nice. Dr Crum was very through in our exam! She was very warm and friendly and answered all our questions. We were never rushed at any point. I would recommend this office for eye exams! We did not buy frames so I am afraid I ma not able to give an opinion on that aspect of their business.
